VISA REQUIREMENTS

Below is a detailed information about the requirement for obtaining a Visa at the Embassy of the Republic of Sierra Leone in Moscow, Russia.

Those wishing to travel to Sierra Leone must have and submit the following documents:

  1. Applicants must submit valid passports

  2. One completed visa application form

  3. Two [2] coloured passport sized photographs

  4. A copy of travel itinerary/Round trip ticket

  5. Must be vaccinated against Yellow fever

  6. Evidence of sufficient funds for the period applicants wish to stay in Sierra Leone.

A. TRAVEL VISA APPLICANTS

B.BUSINESS VISA APPLICANTS

Business visa applicants should also submit the following:

  1. A profile of the company which he /she represents

  2. A letter of invitation from a legally registered company/ organization in Sierra Leone.

C.FEES FOR CONSULAR DUTIES

In compliance with memorandum No.15459 of 15th January, 2008 originating from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Freetown, dealing with fees for consular duties, effective 1st February, 2008 until further notice, payment of visa fees is as follows:

  1. Regular single entry visa processing :$ 150.00

  2. Regular multiple entry visa processing :$ 200.00

Processing period: Three [3] working days

NOTE: Applicants for visa application require interviews.
